Date Founded
After visiting hundreds of wineries and vineyards since late 2006, we decided to write about food related to wine. Starting with cheese, wine vinegar and olive & grapes seed oils other food items may be added in the future. Since there have been some successes in winemaking we decided to try our hand at cheesemaking and making wine vinegar.
The WineTrailTraveler.com site launched in January of 2006, followed by the companion lodging site in 2008 and companion winemaking site in 2009. The companion food site launched in January 2012.
