New potatoes (small potatoes about the size of a quarter or less.)
Grape seed oil
1. Wash potatoes
2. Place potatoes in an aluminum pan sprayed with Pam or other cooking spray.
3. Place potatoes in pan.
4. Spray with a grape seed oil. We like to use AprésVin Grapefruit infused Chardonnay grape seed oil.
5. Sprinkle sea salt to taste.
6. Bake or cover with aluminum foil and place on the grill.
7. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until done.
