Ingredients

3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
Talcott Carneros Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil
course black pepper
sea salt

 

Directions

1.Scoop ice cream in a bowl
2. Drizzle olive oil over ice cream. Experiment with amount to drizzle.
3. Add cracked pepper to taste.
4. Add sea salt to tatse.
