Since we decided that if we were going to write about wine we should make wine, that same goal is set for cheesemaking and wine vinegar making.

Welcome to the newest family of WineTrailTraveler websites. This new companion site will focus on wine related foods including cheese, wine vinegars and olive & grape seed oils.
There are now over 30 recipes in the recipe section. Each recipe uses cheese, or wine vinegar or olive oil or grape seed oil. Try Sweet Endings Ice Cream. It doesn't make sense, unless you think about it. All of our family and friends that have tried it enjoyed it even though they began as doubters.
